Major aortopulmonary collateral (MAPCA) closure in an operated case of Tetralogy of Fallot

A lady was operated for congenital heart disease at age of 7 years. At age of 35 years, she again became symptomatic. She had a large MAPCA, which was successfully closed with a plug. This averted a impending surgery. Following procedure she had dramatic improvement in symptoms.
