Secretary will book an appointment with doctor. You will be provided with payment details and after after payment appointment will be confirmed. You will be provided with meeting details. Its patients responsibility to join meeting 5 min before the scheduled time. In case of emergency situation, doctor may ask you to reschedule the appointment

Consultation once paid, will not be refunded.
Telemedicine or video consultation are services provided in situation where visit to doctor’s clinic is not possible due to variety of conditions. However, it is not replacement to physical consultation. Doctor’s interpretation of symptoms is limited in setting of telemedicine / video consultation as it is not supported by physical examination.
If you have any emergency medical condition, it is strongly advisable to visit nearest hospital at earliest.
