The angiograms shows pulmonary angiogram in a teen who was operated for Tetrology of Fallot. He presented with heart failure. Present symptoms were result of bilateral post operative pulmonary artery stenosis.
Following balloon dilatation there was a dramatic improvement in symptoms.
