Patent ductus arteriosus device closure:

This was a very unique and challenging case. The Patent ductus arteriosus(PDA) was very large and patient had severe pulmonary hypertension. Patient was thorough evaluated and after much persuasion he underwent successful closure of PDA. On follow up pulmonary artery pressure dropped dramatically.
